After the recent refurbishing of the winery, the family has redecorated a part of the cellar into a wine archive. Wines from carefully selected vintages age at an optimum temperature (around 15 oC), and humidity level of around 70 per cent, without the presence of light, odours or vibrations.
The archive is also open for the education of visitors, as the enologist Krešo Režek has said that this is the best way to find out which locations produce the best wine, and what is the optimum life-span of a grape variety.
